Jetronic is a trade name of a manifold injection technology for automotive petrol engines, developed and marketed by Robert Bosch GmbH from the 1960s onwards. Fuel accumulator
This part has the task of accumulating gasoline with high pressure in the fuel supply circuit (when the engine is off). Idle Control Valve

Diaphram&Oring
Diaphragm and O-rings are the main components of the Jetronic system. Also, their thickness and material are very important. Using different diaphragms and non-standard o-rings will damage the fuel dispenser. Signs of failure include high fuel consumption, poor acceleration, late engine start when hot, engine vibration, etc.
Fuel Injector
The injector is responsible for spraying fuel. Also, fuel atomization for combustion is one of the main tasks of this part. Signs of failure include engine vibration, high fuel consumption, black smoke, vibration at the beginning of acceleration. Due to wear and tear and the life of its internal spring, the part has weakened and is not able to atomize the fuel and cannot spray it and must be replaced. Washing and repairing this part (Csi injectors) has no meaning and is pointless.
Pressure regulator
FRP or Fuel Pressure Regulator. This part is responsible for maintaining the proper pressure inside the fuel system for the best spraying of the injectors, which in both cases (high or low pressure) causes damage to the operation of the engine and dependent parts. This part in 90% Items can be adjusted (with the device).
Warmup Regulator
WUR or warmup regulator, which is responsible for regulating the fuel pressure when the engine is cold or hot. This part gets out of adjustment over time due to wear and tear. Among the problems that can be mentioned due to the failure of this part are high consumption, long start when the engine is hot, and the smell of raw burning fuel, as well as the vibration of the engine when it is hot. This part can be repaired and adjusted (with the device) in 90% of cases
Potentiometer
This part informs the ecu of the opening of the mixture valve, and after processing, the ecu sends the command to the stepper motor to measure the amount of excess air. The main task of this part is to adjust idle speed and close the stepper motor during acceleration. Among the signs of its failure, we can mention a drop in engine speed during the cooler, high or low engine speed, too high or low engine speed. This part cannot be repaired and must be replaced if damaged
EHA
This part has the task of regulating the pressure inside the fuel dispenser and is controlled by ecu. Among its malfunctions, we can mention high consumption, black smoke, strong raw burning smell, as well as fuel leakage from inside. This part can be repaired in 90% of cases. and it is adjustable. It should also be noted that the screw inside is extremely sensitive and can only be adjusted by the device.
